I am not an Aboriginal person but I respect the tradition, history and culture behind the didgeridoo. All my playing is in a contemporary style; I do not play or teach traditional Aboriginal music and I do not copy Aboriginal art. I acknowledge the Australian Aboriginal people as the traditional owners of the didgeridoo.
The history and culture of the didgeridoo is not well known in Australia and comparatively few people play it. My mission is to redress this imbalance and so I put most of my energy into teaching and demonstrating didgeridoo to everyone who shows interest. I work with schools, fairs, festivals, community groups and private students; basically everyone.
I am a seasoned performer on stage and know my way around a recording studio. I have all my own sound equipment and a range of didgeridoos to cover every key and voice.
The didgeridoos I make and sell are all professional music instruments with a repair, replace or refund guarantee in Australia. I have also recorded an excellent tutorial CD, DIDI WAH DOO WOP, for those with some experience who wish to progress their playing.
